Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Australia. All orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–12 days for the UK, 10–15 days for Europe, 7–14 days for the US, and 12–20 days for Australia.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare tools and personal care devices cannot be returned. Email softandwise.store@gmail.com to start a return.
Are your products safe to use?
All products in the Soft and Wise collection are chosen for quality and safety. Where applicable, products carry CE certification or relevant safety standards. Always read the included instructions before use.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website. If you have any issues, email us at softandwise.store@gmail.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, your order will have entered processing, and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at softandwise.store@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
