Soft and Wise was born from that understanding.

For me, it was motherhood that made it undeniable. The moment I became responsible for someone else entirely, I realised something that sounds simple but changes everything: when I am well, my family is well. When I am rested, I am kinder. When I have given myself even five quiet minutes, I have more to give to every person I love.

But I also know that you don't need to be a mother for this to be true.
