Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, and Australia. Estimated delivery times are:

— United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
— Europe: 10–15 business days
— United States: 7–14 business days
— Australia: 12–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience.

Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email once dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
